Erica is a hard-working, driven, and resourceful Realtor. She has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience and 4 years as a trusted real estate professional. She is passionate about the industry and for the opportunity to help people navigate the process of buying/selling a home. Erica is an expert in the acquisition of investment properties and specializes in vacation rentals. She focuses on detailed financials to help her clients analyze a property and determine if it will be a good investment. In addition to the acquisition process, Erica also provides full-service property management. She currently manages several vacation rentals in Melbourne Beach and maintains Super host and Premiere host status for her clients.
Erica resides in Melbourne Beach with her husband and two young children. She is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she was a Division I NCAA scholarship athlete playing on the woman’s golf team. In her free time, she enjoys being active in the community, playing golf at Spessard Holland, and enjoying our beautiful beaches. Her husband Rafael is a financial advisor and avid surfer. He is also a University of Florida alumni.
