Nick was born and raised in Buffalo, NY (Go Bills). He moved to Florida in 2008 to help his aging grandparents. He currently resides in the Town of Melbourne Beach with his wife Kimberley and daughter Mia. Nick developed a desire to help others early in life when he answered his calling in law enforcement. A 14-year career in public safety and the passion for the real estate business is what sets Nick apart from the rest. His core values of integrity, transparency, communication, and trustworthiness are readily apparent in all of his endeavors. Nick has a unique knowledge about the communities within Brevard County. As an owner of single family residences and condominiums in coastal Brevard, he has experience as board member of his previous condominium’s homeowner’s association. This provides him with a knowledge and understanding of the complexity of Condo homeownership and investments. He and his wife have also completed numerous large-scale home renovations acting as the owner/builder. This experience has given him the ability to see a home’s true potential with both structural improvements as well as design details. Having the opportunity to help clients find their dream homes is a different kind of public service that Nick is passionate about. He looks forward to assisting Buyer and Sellers with all of their Real Estate needs with the same integrity has brought to his successful career in law-enforcement.
